I´m a structured aesthete who gets a kick out of materializing ideas and creating restaurant and hospitality experiences. I´ve previously been the head of establishment for prominent restaurant groups, been active as CEO of an international concept development firm and developed individual brands and chains established in the Nordic region.
In addition to developing and driving through action plans, I create in several form disciplines; photo, painting and design.
